Reflex Central wont send me an activation link and I cant download any skins.

I recently got MX vs ATV Reflex on steam and I want some skins and custom tracks so I went to reflex central and to download skins and tracks you have to log in or register and I registered and they didn't send me an activation link. I have registered on 3 different emails and 3 different names still the same result I have checked the spam folder they didn't send one please help.

That website has been messed up for a long time.  I cannot log in either and the site obviously has issues sending email because they never come through.
