Twisted DIRT

How do i use this and start from scratch??? what all do i need to download ect?  is there a tutorial ?

im having the same problem.... but instead im dropping all the files ive downloaded into my data base and its asking me to replace them all so how would i over come that problem ? i dont have all my mods at once
