Rules are simple, everybody make a note of 10 on his avatar or on his nickname! Per exemple; my nickname is dadadsda, well people gonna said 0 out of 10 because we dont know what that mean and if its existing! Same for the avatar, but we note for the quality of the picture, the colors and what its represent! That's it that's all!
