Not too much to say other than its Anaheim 2. Bales are now completely fixed, with the 180 corner bales being unhitable to help with lag in online races. Also the softness is improved, is more suited for long races and more detailed. Chrominance map is also detailed more, could still use some improvements though. Textures mix better with each other now, with the dirt texture having a different and improved bump map, and lastly there has been triple and leader light objects added.

Also lap times match up with real life lap times as well.
