An Arenacross style track in Beta\_Sx\_Track\_Slot\_7.

Thanks to everyone who commented on the Beta, here is the completed track with the following changes:
- Base texture changed from grass to dirt.
- Bigger whoops.
- More objects placed more precisely.
- It has rained outside (outside section is wet)
- Altered burms and ruts (they take several laps to develop nicely though).
- Plus lots of small alterations including to the rhythms and the finish jump!

I think it rides best on a 450 with a lap time of 30 seconds (although my best is 28.27).
